We visited the Sotogrande area of Spain in 2020. We flew into Gibraltar and made the short transfer to the SO Sotogrande hotel. The hotel has large rooms with many amenities and extremely accommodating staff. Since our trip the hotel has been completely refurbished and extended so it is definitely somewhere that we will look forward to visiting again in the future!

Our hotel was 10 minutes from the port of Sotogrande where we visited restaurants such as the Ke Bar for some great food whilst relaxing and watching the boats sail in and out of the port. 

This area of Spain is host to La Cancha which is widely regarded by our groups as the best restaurant that we have ever visited! It is located next to a polo field offering great views of the local area and the food is sumptuous! La Cancha is renowned for its steaks but they also have a wide selection of other foods and an even wider selection of great wines! An absolute must visit!

As with Portugal the south of Spain is a great venue for any trip – it offers everything our clients want when travelling overseas to play golf – first class courses and practice facilities, exceptional hotels and restaurants and warm sunshine!
