Hotel Peralada Wine, Spa and Golf was a breathtaking venue for many reasons.
The on-site restaurants included the Castell Peralada, where we enjoyed a tasting menu with wine pairing. This restaurant was located inside the 14th century castle and featured a Michelin star winning chef.
L’Olivera Restaurante offered the best local cuisine and exceptional wines to complement our meal choices. In this restaurant we enjoyed the Senses Menu prepared by Paco Perez who has earned 5 Michelin stars and is the most highly acclaimed chef in the area.
We will also visited the local winery to enjoy their wine tasting experience which is regarded as one of the best in the Costa Brava area.
We played four rounds of golf on three of the top courses in Spain – Peralada x 2, Pals and the Stadium course at PGA Catalunya.
We also had daily access to the hotel spa, the par 3 course and the Castell Casino.

Winery
With a winemaking tradition spanning over six centuries, Perelada produces wines with character, presence and international renown. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the winery and the wine tasting experience which followed.
