Constance Belle Mare Plage is a well renowned resort on the east coast of Mauritius. Its location on the Indian Ocean gives access to the breathtaking beaches and stunning ocean views.
The group will play both The Legend and The Links courses at the resort twice and a round on two more of the island’s finest – Anahita and Ile Aux Cerfs. All are ranked in the top six on the island. The Legend course is a championship course and host to an annual DP Legends Tour event, The Links course always features highly in course rankings for Africa and is known for its rolling, undulating terrain and huge palm trees!
Ile Aux Cerfs GC is situated on its own island and is described as a ‘must play’ by Colin Montgomerie! It is acknowledged as the most scenic and spectacular course on the island and is recognised as number one in the top 20 must play golf courses in a lifetime by Golf World magazine. We couldn’t go all this way and not play here!
Anahita GC was designed by Ernie Els and is a beautiful course with many of the holes hugging the ocean. It has also hosted DP World Tour events which is testament to its quality. Another course with breathtaking views of the ocean and the mountains.
All of the courses offer a variety of tees so are designed to be played and enjoyed by golfers of all levels.
The climate in February is ideal for golf with an average of eight hours sunshine per day and an average temperature of 28 degrees.
